Task

Create a Magento 2 Module to collect a customer's product registration.

Result

The client wanted a form that they could use on some of the Magento sites they currently hosted (3 of the 5 sites at the time). I created a form that could have a different theme based on the Magento site it belonged to. I also created control options in the Magento admin to turn the form on and off per site. After submission, the form data would be saved to a new database table and would display on an Admin display grid page where it could be exported to Excel or a CSV file.
